You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely resolution of application issues and incidents. - Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application support processes. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
